Sarge's grits are specifically ground for a creamy texture and robust flavor.

Sarge's Yellow Stone Ground Grits

  • Bring three cups of water to a boil & add one cup of heavy cream. Whisk in one cup of Sarge's grits, add a half stick of butter & salt to taste. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for fifteen minutes.  For creamier grits cook longer and add more water as needed.
